We always want our customers to be happy with their shopping. Still if you've changed your mind about an order or an item with the order, you have up to 14 days after receiving the delivery to contact us for a refund. Call us on 0203 8088 336 or email email@example.com. Please make sure that you advice usaf your intention within 14 days and no longer.
We will only reimburse the cost of returning if the items are delivered in error. All refunds will be paid in 14 days of receiving the items back, provided the items are not damaged and are in their original packaging.
If there are any perishable items in your delivery that you're not happy with, you can either hand them back to your driver – who'll take them off your bill – or give us a call on 0203 8088 336 to discuss your options.
Unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.
